Carry-on Items: No more than 6 packages up to 25 lbs each. Assistance is available for seniors and persons with disabilities on the Ready Ride service.
No Show Policy: If you are not at the agreed location once the driver arrives, the driver will inform the dispatcher and the dispatcher will call you to advise that the bus is waiting. If there is no response from you, the driver will wait five minutes past the pick-up time before departing. This is considered a “No Show”.
